Business and Curriculum Development Analyst

Location: Remote



Description: Seeking a highly motivated Business and Curriculum Development Analyst to support organizational and programmatic initiatives.

Responsibilities include:


·  Provide programmatic support and analysis in the following areas:

o  Develop and maintain program infrastructures

o  Develop and maintain program planning and tracking tools

o  Analyze labor and ODC budget variances

o  Develop and deliver customer-facing status and effectiveness reports

o  Develop and analyze effectiveness/quality metrics and outcomes

o  Participate in programmatic communication efforts

·  Provide organizational support and analysis in the following areas:

o  Audit organizational procedures throughout the year

o  Update and develop organizational procedures and process assets as needed

o  Maintain lessons learned and best practices repository for assigned divisions

·  Curriculum Design & Development

o  Design and develop curriculum supporting multiple divisions including Human Capital Services

and Gaming & Simulation

o  Provide analysis and metrics of training effectiveness

·  Application Design & Subject Matter Expertise (SME)

o  Provide application design supporting prototype, pre-production, and production

training applications including Sports Training, Leadership, and Productivity applications

o  Provide SME services during design, development, and production

·  Additional Responsibilities

o  Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Level of Effort estimations in support of proposal efforts

o  Provide adoption assistance for organizational tools and procedures

o  Provide recruiting support as needed

o  Participate in business development efforts as needed

Required Skills:

·  Experience designing & developing curriculum across a broad range of topics

·  Must be a U.S. Citizen

·  Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills

·  Strong written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills:

·  Agile development experience

·  Experience with Software Engineering and Development based project lifecycles

Required Education:


·  Bachelor’s Degree

·  Five years or more experience designing & developing curriculum
