Seeking a highly motivated engineering professional to join HigherEchelon’s fast-growing engineering team. Backgrounds in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
HigherEchelon’s Engineering team supports numerous DoD and government programs. Our engineering associates develop innovative defense systems and software programs and work continuously to enhance America’s military with transformative technology. Our team works on elite systems such as the THAAD and Patriot systems, UH-60 and Apache Helicopters, MLRS and PFAL rocket launchers, among many others. Additionally, our engineering team supports the Army Game Studio in the development of serious games and mobile applications like America’s Army, GoArmy Edge Sports, and U.S. Army STARS: Elements.

· Serve on a high-performing, diverse team of engineering professionals in an Agile development environment
· Provide quality engineering services, adhering to quality standards such as CMMI and ISO when applicable
· Communicate status daily with team members on project progress

· Engineering skills specific to Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
· Commonly sought skills:
o C, C#, C++, Matlab, DOORs, Java, Windows, Linux, Security+, A+, Network+, Ada, Android
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline
· 3-5 years relevant experience
· Must be a U.S. Citizen
· Secret Clearance preferred.
